there's a hole--in my life

Thurdsday Dec 27th @8:30 there was a lot of activity as the septic system was being finished, A huge hole, big pile of rocks equipment everywhere and tons of people everywhere, but by 10:00 that was done. a stone driveway was in its place and I has signed my life away and now own this house. weeeee, so far I have moved stuff around and am still somewhat in shock that this is real. but now I can update more often.

OK so I will not be moving in so soon as they can not get the new septic in before the 13th so I will wait. The Party on the 22nd will be moved to after the new year, However I have had some great new ideas for another room and the basement will once again be a 2 bedroom apartment. The chimney will stay and I am looking into a sweet soapstone stove. anyways I guess I will have still more time to make plans and change them.

Hey I think someone did a perc test on the property, soon the new septic will go in. The 13th is just around the corner and then look out! There will be no more sleep till spring. Last chance to do some x-mass shopping, here are some things I found.

1st appliance

Hey I just bought the fist appliance for the place. It Is swwet. I made lasagna 5 minuits ago with it and I still live near the dumpster behind wendy's. this thing is gret!!! its a toaster oven/ brick oven/ just a small cool oven, I may never use the big one.

Ok. so I have been talking to friends and going over expences and am now going to leave the chimney where it is, instead There will be a very cOOl wood stove in the living room. and the wall will still be removed downstairs will become a one bedroom efficienct appartment with rent At around $850 a month. The house will look into some solar electric stuff and other green goodies as we move along this path. Who Knows what will transpire??? Also there will be a Limbo party in january and even closer a BREAKFAST bash December 22nd for all of you cool people. bring a brick to sit on as I am still all packed up. but what a great way to get the vibe flowing in this new space. many xxx's and ooo's ken

Ok here is my plan I will tear down the existing chimney and put one where the slider is in the sun room. tear down the wall between the kitchen/living room and the sun room. I will finnish the downstairs with 2 bed rooms and a living room , fix and refinnish the bathroom/laundry room and add several windows, this will be rental space to help with the mortgage. I am open to suggestions so if anyone has any ideas I am open to them. several friends have already helped out a ton, Thanks to, Mike W, Heidi F, Todd F, and Chip H,
